1 cup basmati rice

1 teaspoon cumin seeds


1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions:


Rinse and Soak Rice: Start by rinsing the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 15-20 minutes.


Sauté Mode:


Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Sauté" mode.


Add a tablespoon of oil and cumin seeds. Once the seeds splutter, add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.


Add Spices and Aromatics:


Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and whole spices. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
