  Material:


  500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
  1 cup curd
  2 tbsp butter
  2 onions, finely chopped
  3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  1 cup tomato puree
  1/2 cup cream
  1 teaspoon garam masala
  1 teaspoon turmeric
  1 teaspoon cumin
  1 teaspoon coriander
  Salt and pepper to taste
  Instruction:
  Marination:
  Mix curd, salt, black pepper and a pinch of turmeric.
  Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 2 hours.
  Cooking Chicken:
  Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan.
  Fry the marinated chicken until it turns golden brown.  Cancel.
  Prepare the sauce:
  In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter.
  Fry onion, garlic and ginger until golden brown.
  Add garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper.  Cook for 2 minutes.
